Board Members, I am submitting my construction application for our proposed house remodel. The attached document includes floor plan, elevations for the two options we are considering and the site plan. My request is to obtain approval for these options prior to turning my designer lose to create the bid set and final engineering drawings. I am happy to recuse myself as a voting member. Perhaps Mike Fennessey would be willing to assist with review and approval. Regards, Don Fronczak

I don't have any issue with the proposed roof pitch since it mostly faces the back of the house. FYI, my new roof(this year) over my rear deck has a 3-12 pitch, which was approved by the previous administration😄. So, I'm one of the cases that Don speaks of..... My PA home porch roof has a roof pitch of less than 2-12(almost flat) and the contractor had to put on a black rubber membrane to pass code. I could have gone with a metal roof, but it would have been much more expensive. I like Don's idea of asking Mike help with the review, it's always good to have other opinions.
