Description
Paula has met all legal requirements for removing 8 of 10 trees, and On Sep 16, 2025, at 9:11 PM, PWollor@cox.net wrote: Gary, Scott, Tom, Don, and Don, Thirty two years ago my husband and son planted pine tree seedlings along both sides of our property. I believe Twyman Hunt “accidentally” mowed the seedlings down on his side of our property, but ten seedlings on the other side survived and are now seventy feet tall. I would like to have them removed for the following reasons and have received several estimates to do so: -- When meeting with the arborists to get estimates, I learned that the trees will continue to grow at least another twenty feet. I learned that some of the trunks are split, which weakens them and makes them more prone to breaking and falling in wind. Several of the trees border my house. When they fall, they will most certainly fall on my house. This is the primary reason I would like them removed. -- The lower limbs that border my house have been cut so they don’t rub against the siding and roof, but the upper limbs hang over the house. The pine needles drop onto the roof and into the gutters. My son and I cleaned the gutters over the July 4th weekend, and the gutters are already full again. --The two trees closest to the entrance of my property border my neighbor’s, the Foster’s, detached garage. If they break/fall, they might not damage my house but could damage their garage. -- My husband’s intent for planting trees between the house and the lake was to block the view of the common area. There are two remaining pine trees and they do that, but they also block the view of other parts of the lake for me and the Fosters, on that side. -- They were planted too close together so the sun doesn’t penetrate the lower branches so are unsightly. --Jeff Sadler, who mows my lawn, has asked if he can remove the lower branches because he can’t mow under them. He won’t have to do that (and I won’t have to pay him) if I have the trees removed. --I also learned from the arborists that spiders love pine trees. My spider population should significantly be reduced if I have the trees removed. I have received estimates to have the trees cut down, stumps ground, and all debris removed. I told Gordon and Jeana Foster my plans because the trees are just inside the property line and when the branches are felled, would probably land on their property too. They did not object and are probably happy the trees would be removed. I was discussing this issue at happy hour and was told that I should notify you/get permission? to have them removed. Is this all I have to do? Do I have your permission to proceed? Thanks in advance for your consideration. Paula Rollow 15809 Break Water Ct

Gary - Paula has met all legal requirements for removing 8 of 10 trees, and only trimming the two tree's bordering the lake edge. I'll catch up with her tomorrow so she can modify the construction agreement from 10 trees to 8 tree. FYI, I have already given her the go ahead.
